The hotel has a very traditional building from outside. The single rooms are a bit small as a regular bag could be opened with difficulties, but all the staff is very helpful.

We had the most beautiful room and the view was splendid. Korcer, the staff was very friendly. Many small shops around the hotel sells marvelous souvenirs. We will definitely recommend. On the other hand, English speaking staff would be helpful.

Beautiful hotel, great views, especially thrilled with breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the whole of Mesopotamian plains. Staff was extremely friendly, very helpful with every request, especially when it came to parking on a busy street.

Staff members are very much warm hearted very friendly, and always helpful when missing certain issues they try to do their best. the breakfast on the top floor of the hotel is one of the best parts of the stay and the team around chef Ibrahim namely mrs kader and kocer were great

So expensive and not worth the price at all. They gave me a room under a huge machine that rests of the rooftop, it was so loud, the room was shaking. Considering the crazy price they ask for, that’s unacceptable. They moved me to another room at a lower level, but you could still hear that machine. Had to sleep with earplugs, impossible otherwise. Then there’s the unreliable internet, the shower head was rusty, the staff was like “whatever”… don’t stay there… had better stays in most of the hotels I stayed in Turkey for 1/3 of the price.

Bathroom wasn't clean. There were hair in bathtub and sink area was dusty. Some of the soap bottles were half full. Staff was sulky except the one who brought our breakfast. View from the rooms and terrace were nice though. Also it was very close to historical places and stores.

Easily the best budget hotel in Mardin. After staying in another hotel for 2 nights I moved to Kaya Ninova and really enjoyed my stay. Really good value for its price. If coming to Mardin again I would definitely stay here.

Large and modern hotel just in the city center. We appreciated the professional conciergerie ans réception always professional and friendly in answering to our requests. The breakfast on the roof with a terrace that face the whole land is awesome. The rooms are medium size and the bathrooms have a taste of old ottoman plugs. For spring travelers all the rooms are provided with mosquito nets. The car park is far but the Parkman will take your car (you don't need it in Mardin)
